Daily Duties at Sun Life Financial:
Provided IT solutions supporting financial initiatives for 3 business units in close collaboration with their respective Vice Presidents and Directors. Directed systems integration for companies acquired by Sun Life. Established and headed business and IT teams for each project, setting the strategic direction for all projects as lead designer and project manager. Selected and implemented relevant software packages for each initiative through research and a comprehensive RFP/RFI process. Negotiated vendor contracts and managed third-party performance.
