Assessed liability and risk to JHA from all areas and coordinated appropriate programs, education, and modifications to ensure compliance with existing laws and regulations. Developed assessments, implementation plans/programs, and monitored all rules and regulations, including HIPAA. Served as Interim Director of Risk Management. Reported to the Audit and Compliance Committee of the Board of Directors and the Senior Vice President Supervised 3.5 FTEs.
