*Assisted Business Operations with the technical discovery/review process of 5+ mobile device solutions (i.e. iOS, Android, Windows Slate) & how these devices could benefit LVSC daily business operations. *Managed the creation of a 3-year global business/technology strategic roadmap for the Front of House (FOH) business vertical to ensure effective use & planning of LVSC IT's current & future technology solution portfolio. *Researched, developed 20+ infrastructure, architecture, messaging & technology non-sanction standards for use and guidance throughout the LVSC enterprise. *Reviewed 100+ Front of House (FOH) and IT vertical requests for LVSC Enterprise Architecture fit & made initial recommendation on technology approach for these requests. *Created 5+ Enterprise Architecture Recommendation (EAR) documents for key global initiatives, which included architecting 10+ business event driven interfaces with strategic LVSC systems utilizing an existing Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) solution. *Heavily involved in the infrastructure & technical architecture design for the LVSC Group Sales CRM initiative which included upgrades to the core CRM application & Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) solution which impacted 60+ Team Members.
