Daily Duties at Yrc Worldwide:
• Managed and led projects through their life cycle, including authoring the scope requirements definition, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, maintenance, define training needs, and lead user training sessions. • Used interviewing and JAD techniques to gather requirements for projects. • Led application simplification initiatives o Lead software projects to improve user experience and management of system. o Designed analytical reporting system to improve personnel performance indicators o Audit analysis: implemented object-oriented programming and database methodology modular design. o Financial Loss Analysis: lead project through complete lifecycle to meet business requirements for customer care and sales performance data to improve key performance indicators for the organization. o Designed and developed automated strategic reporting system to identify financial losses and improvement opportunities • Designed document templates and wrote testing procedures for EMC Captiva enterprise imaging system initiative to image all contracts, tariffs and bills of lading. • Contributed to migration of 180 users to Windows XP and Server 2000 plus deployment of thin client technology as a Y2K solution.
