Daily Duties at Park Ridge Living Center:
Tasked to develop and maintain nursing service objectives, standards, procedure manuals, and job descriptions for each level of nursing personnel; responsible for 65 full-time employees. •Responsible for organizing, developing, and directing those activities related to nursing services in accordance with established company objectives and standards. •Provided recommendations to Administrators about number and levels of personnel; participated in recruitment, selection, and termination of all nursing staff •Ensured that needs of residents were being met by nursing personnel within guidelines. •Participated in planning, development, and implementation of written resident care policies. •Specialized in rehabilitation of ventilator patients
