Daily Duties at Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company:

Develop policies and training programs to ensure an Incident and Injury Free work place within our engineering staff. Manage a 92 person domestic engineering staff to cover 9 to 15 different project sites nation wide. Scheduling and managing project engineering teams for all domestic operations. Managing a 3 tier training system for incoming engineering staff. Training includes a two week safety orientation, a 2 week hydrographic & land surveying course, and a two week production analysis course. Managing the purchasing, installation, and repair of a fleet of bulldozer automated positioning systems. Managing a fleet of amphibious coastal survey vehicles.
