Distributed vendor payments after verification with accounts payable data; Disbursed and distributed biweekly payroll check and direct deposit vouchers; Administered direct deposit program; Prepared, processed and distributed invoices to members and employees; Assisted with collection of outstanding invoices, Reviewed daily receipt invoices and prepared checks for deposit; Maintained petty cash fund;
