Daily Duties at Namco Services:

Baltimore Maryland M&T Bank Football Stadium To make all erection plans for the steel they wanted weights and measures put on paper before we ever started, to make sure we were safe and documentation to fall back on. Figure out all manpower needs make sure they had all the proper certifications to perform their work. See that all steel came in sequences correctly not because I had no place to lay it because it was so big we had no way to move it other than the stretch trailers it came in on. Make sure all supplies were ordered. See that any engineering changes were documented and recorded and the extra work was paid for to correct the situation that had been engineered wrong. I placed the proper manpower in the correct area, working the activities as it needed to be for the most efficient production on a daily basis. We had to move to different area’s to get certain area’s completed so other contractors could perform their work productively. Check safely on a daily basis ,while working I kept in touch with general contractors and fabricators in the area seeking more jobs to bid and quite often not only did I get to bid but also was awarded the contract.
