Developed instructional modifications, rules, and forms to assist with individualized instruction for general and special education students. Assisted in the development of curriculum based assessments geared to assess students’ strengths and weakness. Facilitated student centered conferences with parents, administrators, and testing specialists to discuss individualized educational plans designed to promote students’ educational/social development. Able to delineate data in forms that are measurable and objective based upon the demographics in which they are generated.
