Facilitated student centered conferences with parents, administrators, and testing specialists to discuss individualized educational plans designed to promote students’ educational/social development. Developed instructional modifications, rules, and forms to assist with individualized instruction for general and special education students. Partnered with district curriculum leaders to generate mathematic everyday curriculum based on Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills and STAAR objectives. Assisted in the development of curriculum based assessments geared to assess students’ strengths and weakness. Able to delineate data in forms that are measurable and objective based upon the demographics in which they are generated.
