mentored/observed teachers in an early under-served childhood settings to promote strong literacy skills, managed growth/development, provided strategic and tactical action plans for teachers and classrooms, provided follow-up support and training for teachers and other participants, worked collaboratively with others at all levels to ensure the success of the program; planned, developed and conducted workshops based on early childhood development, skill areas, curriculums and accreditations to support success of the program, oversaw the classroom through observation and coaching, monitored teachers and provided support to ensure the quality of the program, collected and managed the administrative forms required by the program, conferred with teachers and site administrators regarding the program, oversaw the participation of reports, training logs, attendance and lending library logs, served as a Coalition's representative to maintain a positive relationship in interaction with clients, the community and with peers.
