Instructed students’ utilizing the High Scope Sequence in this high needs learning environment. Mentored new teachers, created materials for differentiated instruction implementation, analyzed student performance, observed teacher assistant and evaluate proficiency, observed and coached a teacher on my team and provided effective feedback, modeled team based lessons, held differentiated instruction presentations and trainings for parents, established relationships with parents, community leaders, and colleagues.
