Daily Duties at Miami Dade College:
Instructed degree-seeking students in the Early Childhood Education Department. Instructed early childhood education students utilizing various teaching methods and philosophies. Mentored new students, created materials for differentiated instruction implementation, analyzed student performance, observed and evaluated proficiency, observed and coached a students utilizing team-based instruction and provided effective feedback, modeled team based lessons, held differentiated instruction presentations and trainings for students, colleagues, and Deans of Education. Also, established relationships with community leaders, colleagues, and Heads of Schools. Planned, developed and conducted workshops based on early childhood development, skill areas, curriculums and accreditations to support success of the program, oversaw students through classroom observation, coaching, and monitoring.
