Daily Duties at Distributor Service Inc:

I reported to 5 officiers on a monthly basis the review of the financial statements.I met with the Chairman, President on cash management report daily to discuss all cash issues, operational, credit,and new customer accounts. I had 10 mangers reporting to me including credit,IT, Accts Payable, Customer service, HR and 5 warehouse managers. Reviewed and signed all purchase orders, maintain cash accounts, borrowing base certificates and signed and reviewed checks for 600 vendors per month. Meet with Credit Manager on a weekly basis to review accounts,collection issues (1700 customers) in all 5 city locations.Reviewed budget and capital spending needs monthly with warehouse managers.Processed all workers comp and auto claims,negotiated all commerical and benefit insurance packages. Responsible for all bank financing, Financial statements, tax returns, audits and IT functions,customer credit, Operations needs on a daily basis with questions on various issues.
