Daily Duties at Valero Century Rv:

Worked with 2 additional partners with the overall business development and acqusitions of new dealerships and new product lines o increase sales and profitability. I've prepared and maintained cash reports/sales reports for locations in Delmont, Pa. and Columbus, Ohio.reviewed daily with my partners. Reviewed and developed daily floor plan reports for over $11 million of RV inventory with purchase cost, date and sells price distributed to all marketing employees (15 marketing people) daily. Reviewed against bank floor plan to determine what product would be placed in weekly RV marketing booklets and updated Website with weekly specials for units to be sold. Developed and advertised marketing promotions for radio, TV, RV Trader publications and RV shows we were attending.Discussed with Sales Managers, sales people daily and finance officer, customer'credit limits,competative offers from other RV dealers to get the deal closed. Involved with the title person in monthly bank floor plan audits to reconcile RV units to the RV units on the floor. and floor. Reviewed and sign checks for all the payables on a weekly basis for both locations. Responsibile for all financial statements for both locations and met with the partners on a monthly basis to review.Copies were also forwarded to the banks for the review monthly. Met with various RV manufactures to determine new product and service lines we would be adding resulting in 6 new product lines. Obtain Bank financing, prepared bank loan compliances, and provided information to our CPA to prepare tax returns, audits. Hired, interviewed and resolved all employee issues.
