Right hand support to the Managing Director of the Multicultural Marketing Group Assistant to Vice President, Head of South Asian Market Schedule & coordinate, meetings, conference calls, luncheons, offsite mtgs., events Handle all travel arrangements Assisted with Invitations of Interest and RSVP lists Organize & type weekly staff meeting agenda’s and monthly management reports Set up interview schedules Work with temporary staffing when temporary support is needed Daily email maintenance to managers calendar Process invoices before being sent to A/P Update a monthly business travel log Phone coverage, providing detailed messages
