Assistant to Project Managers & CEO Assist with 3 major projects and any additional projects needed Assist with Government deliverables Keep document register up to date with all deliverables that are sent out Travel Arrangements/Manage, track and process travel expenses for employees Write up policy, procedures, flow charts and employee manual HR responsibilities & Medical/Dental Benefits Post hardware/software for Asset Management Department on E-Bay and Volution Track quarterly expenses and send to accountant Order supplies, hardware, software, mail and facsimile duties
