Daily Duties at Ernst & Young :

Responsibilities: • Creating detailed test plans, test cases and executing it them. • Developing test plans for Documentum web-based applications (DCM and Web top) • Implementing test cases and the test process with project timeframes.. • Performed functional and regression tests on statements and balance sheets. • Performing Black Box, Regression, and Functional testing on Documentum. • Performing End to End and smoke testing. • Reported and assigned bugs using Mercury Quality Center. • Submit team’s progress and high priority defects report to higher management. • Performed User Acceptance and System integrations testing • Performing Regression and Functional Testing on Lotus Notes. • Validated data for existing clients using Oracle SQL • Managing testing efforts for multiple locations • Coaching & mentoring of less-experienced testers • Performing daily monitoring of live applications & assisting in first line application support on a weekly basics • Working closely with business analyst and developers • Follow system development life cycle (SDLC) process • Support end users and production teams • Manage off shore and on shore teams • Attending daily 3.pm defect prioritization and routing meetings • Tracking, editing, and updating defects into Quality Center. Environment: Windows NT, Java script, Asp, VB Script, XML, Mercury Quality Center, SQL 10G, Lotus Notes, C++, MS Excel, MS Office and Jav
