Project Manager Established a solid track record of personal and professional growth within this firm which specializes in providing commercial architectural services. Work as Project Manager on ground-up new construction projects ranging in cost to *16M. Set personal standards to advance leadership, project management, and resource coordination skills. * Project activities: (1) client relations, (2) designing schematics, preparing project design, schematics, construction drawings, specifications; (3) consulting during construction management; (4) reporting status/progress; and (5) cost analysis and control. * Work closely with clients, contractors, project managers, electrical and mechanical engineers, other technical specialists; executing design plans, supervising contract work, and troubleshooting problem areas.
