Daily Duties at Enterprise Technologies Incorporated :
Phase 1 started was to help create New Vision and Mission for the company. Phase 2 was the implementation of objectives from phase 1 for cultural change in the company. Phase 3 was to create predictive metrics for new ventures and capitalization of those projects using real-time information. • Reported directly to CEO for coordinating strategic change and transitional development. • Compiled and redesigned metrics of confidential, privileged company information and designed a process of real-time analytics to highlight inefficiencies for correction within company’s infrastructure as well as defined strategic direction. • Effectively steam-lined marketing, finance, sales, and operations reporting. • Designed and developed new sales compensation and training plan, new marketing direction and materials, improved accounting procedures, and new departmental reports to CEO allowing the company to make faster decisions concerning overall company Sales Growth Rate, Operating Profit Margin, and ROI.
