Daily Duties at Health South Corporation:
Responsible for managing 7 compliance/privacy auditors to conduct site and desk audits across all divisions of HealthSouth. Collaborated with Internal Audit leadership to cross-train both sets of auditors as a cost-containing process. Audit plan was based on Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) requirements, the annual Office of Inspector General work plan, risk assessment and current trends. Reported to the Executive Vice-President for Compliance and to the Deputy Inspector General.
