Daily Duties at Scs Business & Technical Institute:
As the Director of Education, for SCS Business & Technical Institute my duties and responsibilities included scheduling classes, writing and assessing curriculum, supervising the day and evening Lead Instructor, develop and defend new curriculum in Harrisburg, PA, work with the school’s accreditation committee, monitor students attendance and retention rates. Develop extra curricula activities for the students’ body. I was responsible for developing professional development workshops that were design to improve teachers’ performance. Also, I performed classroom observations, did performance assessment evaluations of teachers and participated in the board meeting, in New York. Also amongst these responsibilities, I was required to travel to the other schools in New Jersey and New York as an interim Director when Directors went on vacation.
