Daily Duties at Computer Learning Center:

As a lead instructor for Computer Learning Center, my duties encompass, supervising teachers who taught in the Software Applications Specialist program. Hold bi-monthly meeting, do classroom observations, develop relevant professional development seminars and workshops. My responsibilities also included monitoring the students’ attendance and retention; as well as interfacing with students on a daily basis. Taught computer subjects when required. I trained corporate personnel such as PhD Psychology and Education students from the University of Pennsylvania-- how to build databases using Microsoft Access. I trained Tom Warner Cable Network’s personnel how to utilize Microsoft Excel to create multifunctional spreadsheets.

What they like about Computer Learning Center:

The social vibrance of a hiring firm is very important to you. Your ability to make and maintain friendships there is a critical part of your decision. You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social. When you investigate a new hiring company, ask recruiters, managers, and potential co-workers about the social life and opportunities there. This is especially important when you are relocating; moving dramatically alters your social sphere both inside and outside the workplace.
