Daily Duties at Lincoln Technical Institute:

As a lead instructor for Cittone/Lincoln Technical Institute, my duties encompass, supervising teachers who taught in the Medical Administrative Assistant program. Hold bi-monthly meeting, do classroom observations, develop relevant professional development seminars and workshop. Monitor students’ attendance and retention as well as interface with the student body on a daily basis. Develop remedial program for students who were experiencing difficulty in their courses. Upgraded curriculum and developed instructional CDs for the Medical Administrative Assistant program, computer-based curriculum. As an instructor at Cittone/Lincoln Technical Institute, my duties were to teach Medi-Soft, Microsoft Excel, Word, Administrative Procedures, Office Management, Basic English and Math and Introduction to Computers.
