Daily Duties at Presto X:

Direct P&L responsibility for a Service Center with an administrative assistant and sales representative; oversee activities of seven Technical Service Representatives that serve eastern Iowa and northwestern Illinois. In charge of pest management materials, vehicles, salaries, commissions, fuel, vehicle damages, repairs, and conflict resolution. Starting Six Sigma in July of 2012. Observe business trends locally and nationally and prepare yearly forecasts. Negotiate contracts and service specifications and implement price changes. Manage quality control and provide quality assurance reports to accounts on a scheduled basis. Performed quarterly quality control audits at facilities that were inspected by governmental agencies, independent third party auditors and customers.
