Instructed company personnel on policies/prodcedures of complying with various govermental requirements prepared reports/presentations for the Executive Staff and Committee Advised investors about the short and long term requirements to establish new activities and the bugetary implications Trained local staff on operation of medical equipment Assited hospital and clinic administrators in training personnel and setting up account system Administered and managed clinics while local staff was being trained and recruited
