Managed seasonal and annual rentals in Sarasota/Bradenton and the Key areas for 176 condo units and homes. Included collection of rents due, collection and payments of sales and resort taxes, checking inventory, arrangements for arrivals/departures, showing property for rent and/or sale. Remodeled numerous units for rent increase. Managed seven employees.
