Daily Duties at Ncdenr North Carolina Division Of Water Qual :
• Review Federal NPDES permits applications for compliance with CWA and initiate enforcement actions as needed. Conduct site visits as needed, write and issue permits for all water/wastewater treatment plants in the State of North Carolina. • Reviewed requests for permits as they relate to SEPA and EAA requirements. • Assure compliance and participated in new regulation assessments. • Negotiated compliance schedules and initiated corrective action as appropriate. • Initiate enforcement actions in response to Clean Water Act effluent violations.
