Graphics: Responsible for the design, layout and quality of everything ptoduced by the company. Responsible for the training of the 4 person graphics department. Assisted in the hiring of the personnel for the department. Supervised the daily workload and activities of the department to ensure that deadlines were met in budget. Developed a yearly print schedule for the entire organization to ensure that projects were completed on time and was responsible to make sure that the different department involved (executive, editorial, graphics, accounting, marketing, advertising, and produciton) stayed on schedule. Receptionist: responisble to make sure that the receptionist desk is staffed at all times (including most holidays) and to make sure that the 4 person receptionist team was trained. Marketing: Responsible to develop and implement a marketing campaign for the entire calendar year utilizing print, telemarketing, email, website, social media, and conference venues. Responsible for selecting and maintaining the entire marketing line (over 10,000 items). Responsible for the quality of all marketing items and developing and dealing with venders. Production; Scheduled the workload of the department to ensure that project deadlines were met, worked with the department manager to make the department more efficient. Executive: Worked with other members of the executive team to develop a long-range goal for company growth and then assisted in implementing plans for gowth, Was responsible to troubleshoot and resolve any operational or process glitches occurred.
