Progressively grew and was given responsibilites within organization from Certified Medical Assistant, to MA Lead, to Clinic Supervisor.Typical Medical Assistant duties. Staff and provider schedules. Ordering of supplies. Managing expenses. Managing human resources including recruiting, hiring, firing, training, disciplinary actions etc. Customer service issues escaltion and resolution responsibility. REgulatory compliance responsibilities. Operational process improvement and efficiency responsibility. Day to day operations of the clinic(s)including budget managing and staff management.
