Daily Duties at Arrow Electronics Inc,:
Train and supervise team members in the area of asset management, computer configuration, and customer support. Computer refresh planning and project management Image, configure, and deploy PC, and Laptops to End Users • Deploy computer, printer equipment onsite for End Users • Remote software installation and configuration, hardware installation and configuration • Troubleshoot end user technical issues in response to CA Trouble Ticketing • Manage company assets, through data base entry • Complete an average of 10 to 20 trouble/configuration request per day
