Daily Duties at Us Army Reserves:

One of a team of 3 responsible for $ 2.56 billion IDIQ government contract-Host Nation Trucking. • Liaison with USG Contracting Officer (KO) at government with regard to Dry Cargo and Fuel Missions. • Prepare and submit DD250 for payment • Edit and rewrite Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) for section • Provide technical advice/recommendations/clarification on the statement of work • Act as Comptroller for Contract- thereby determining quality assurance of services performed and acceptance of the services or deliverables • Oversee the PCO by ensuring that the Contractor is performing the technical requirements of the contract in accordance with the contract terms, conditions, and specifications. • Ensure that all required items, documentation, data, and/or reports are submitted as required by contract. • Reviewing vouchers and recommending approval by the PCO if costs are consistent with proposed or negotiated amounts and progress is satisfactory • Documenting actions taken and decisions made, maintaining adequate records to sufficiently describe the performance of duties as COR during the life of this contract.
