Daily Duties at Bell Therapy Incorporated:

Provide direct supervision to 20 case managers carring a case load of 25-30 clients. Ensure the untilization of effective treatment approaches and interventions for each client served. Facilitate all daily functioning of the community support program. Provide the lead on any and all crisis intervention pertaining client escalated behaviors to assure health and safety of all involved. Collaborate with local EMS and law enforcement to maintain safety for the clients served as well as the community. Lead a multidisciplinary team in providing psychiatric symptom monitoring and behavioral management techniques, rehabilitation, support and treatment planning pertaining to all clients served. Provide direct hourly 1:1 supervision sessions with each case manager to assure proper delivery of treament has been conducted, provide feedback on improvement of treatment as well as the application of the community support principals and practices. Interview, hire and train new clinical case managers that are the best fit for the position. Assign a case load speficif to the new case manager's specialty such as working with client substance abuse issues. Complete six month and yearly evaluations of case managers as well as the clinical coordinator. Maintians all necessary documentation according to Wisconsin licesure and billing as well as address all budgetary areas. Collaborate with the executive director on any and all aspects of the community support program to ensure a solid communication system.
