Create individual service plans according to the state of Ohio as well as the individual need through an evidenced based program. Complete billing to medicaid for services provided in a timely fashion. Carry a case load of 24 Chronicially mentally ill as well as AODA issues to assure success within the community. Provide psychiatric symptom monitoring as described within each individual service plan I have created. Assure each client has appropriate medical coverage as well as prescription coverage in order for the consumer to have access to necesssary medical and mental health care.
