Daily Duties at Dell Computers:

• Managed process improvements for the Logistics teams • Daily communication with internal and external customers to achieve team goals • Use of software’s such as ION,WTCS,DOMS, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and TS • Managed the OBA (open box audit) process improvement for (Argentina, Peru, Haiti, Ecuador, Venezuela and Brazil raw materials) • Direct order fulfillment process for purchase orders placed in US $ to Dell Inc. (USA) by customers located in: Venezuela, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Ecuador. Supporting to sales team to fulfill customers’ needs and expectations regarding logistics operations • Monitor order tracking system which spans from manufacturing process at ODM facilities (China, Thailand, Malaysia, Ireland, Mexico), shuttle to the fulfillment centers in USA (Nashville, Austin, NC), to final delivery both domestic (inside USA) as international (across South America Region) based on shipping terms • Serve as the liaison among Dell’s sales teams, carriers, customer service support and internal supply chain to achieve the goals for manufacturing cycle time, international transit time, customs clearance days and final/local delivery, Inventory (finished goods, spare parts, returns) • Assure that International shipments contain proper paperwork and in compliance • Assist in the international transition from TMC, Nash, NC into Miami • Direct the backlog management process - since orders start manufacturing to final delivery at customer’s facility – through coordination of plants and carriers to prevent orders delays, misroute or damage, establishing guidance based on business priorities • Compliance knowledge, HTS, ECCN • Managed all Freight Forwarders, Maintain Inventory, Ship merchandise to other (facilities, vendors, customers as directed)
