Daily Duties at International Business Machines (Ibm):
As Team Lead, I had responsibility for project work streams within several overarching multiple-year consulting engagements, which included managing the team member activities for the Discovery, Macro and Micro and Design phases. The diverse teams of 8 to 15 members consisted of client business and technical staff associates, third party, and IBM Consultants. All the projects were on time and on budget.
