Daily Duties at Whole Foods Market:
Assisted in the development and implementation of all tactical and strategic HR programs (i.e. employee wellness initiatives, new store hiring and orientations, I-9 reporting, HRIS systems implementation, annual benefits enrollment). Provided prompt and accurate guidance to employees regarding all benefit programs, FMLA, ADA, LOA and EEO related policy and procedures. Administered all aspects of the employment function, including recruiting and screening of applicants, and managing the job posting system for internal/external candidates. Maintained all personnel records in accordance with EEO, privacy, and related requirements. Provided advisory support to employees and in-store HR Managers in matters relating to HR policies and practices. Administered on-boarding of new managerial hires,and also conducted all exit interviews. Input and maintained data on critical records and reports in the Human Resources Information System.
