Performed day to day business operations such as building quotes, registering deals, obtaining special pricing for customers, hiring and firing of personnel. Performing IT duties for over a hundred clients (some with up to 45000 users) at time such as circuit provisioning for WAN connectivity, security device and software implementation, server design and installation, workstation implementation, switch configuration, storage arrays, email servers, encryption, packet analysis, traffic QOS, VoIP, phone system configuration.
