Daily Duties at Richmond County Board Of Education:
• Assisted team in conducting in-house review for accreditation during self-study of the schools performance and status prior to site visit by Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Utilized collected data from student performance on standardized test to make recommendations to teachers with regards to instructional techniques. Committee member, established questions used to evaluate the schools programs to insure that it is operating within standards. Collected and reported on the status of assigned teachers insuring that the teaching staff is proficient in the subject matter. Southern Association of Colleges and Schools committee member, analyzed data obtained from staff, students and the community to report on the demographics of the school. Used analogy to create a written report of findings and the impact on schools performance and programs.
