Ensured accountability and effectiveness of teacher and staff performance by monitoring assignments. • Member of a five member administrative team. Established a positive and orderly climate by opening lines of communication with staff, students, and the community • Encouraged parent involvement and participation in all school events • Responsible for designing master schedule, staff development, and working closely with individual faculty members • Designed intensive staff development activities which supported instruction across content • Created a quarterly newsletter to improve communication with parents
