Daily Duties at Ssg, Llc:
Collaborate with partners in making all strategic decisions. Perform feasibility and market analysis to determine the viability of investments. Analyze and model business and financial terms and conditions of proposals and close transactions. Supervise management company in three states—with approximately 8,500 tenant units; includes price and lease tracking, marketing campaigns, Web and Call Center presence and performance and property budgeting to ensure facilities perform at or above expectations. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual operating reports. Oversee estimators and supervise construction project managers. Ensure facilities are constructed per plans on time and within budget. Hire and train staff and select vendors.
