Daily Duties at Prairie State College:

Teach a three-credit hour course in business communications. The course focuses on a a comprehensive study of the types of communications used in business with special emphasis on written communication. It teaches students how to write a business memo, letter, and report. The course covers the gamut from layout to content, including proper listening, semantics, and psychology of business communication, and tips, which make writing easier and more professional.
