Daily Duties at Usa One National Credit Union:

Collaborate with the Cheif Executive Officer and Board of Directors to set the organization's short and long-term goals. Participate in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, operating model and operational execution. Develop tools and systems to provide critical and timely financial and operational information utilized to make actionable decisions, better equipping the organization to manage financial risks, make decisions regarding investment opportunities and guide the organization towards its strategic and operational objectives. Manage all back-office opeatrions including accounting, collections, marketing and IT. Conduct periodic audits to ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed, internal controls mechanisms are in place and the credit union's assets and member's deposits are safe. Interpret regulatory requirements and implement policies and procedures to ensure organization remain compliant with all state and federal regulations. Establish pricing for loan and deposit products; manage a $16 million investment portfolio, and chair the asset/liability management committee.
