Daily Duties at Federal Occupational Health, Us Public Health Service:

COTR for industrial hygiene, safety, and sanitation contractors. Manages the day-to-day administration of an $9,500,000.00 and an $7,000,000.00 government contract for safety, environmental health and industrial hygiene services. Agreement Manager for IAA with FOH and CBP providing services to 75,000 employees at 3,200 locations. Services provided include but were not limited to accident investigation and reporting, risk reduction, worker compensation management, asbestos, lead, mold, assessments of environmental conditions, safety, food service sanitation, portable and waste water operations, indoor air quality, health hazard analysis, , environmental compliance, fire safety, exposures to chemical, biological, physical and radioactive stressors. Development of Emergency Response Team Programs. Training employees in agency specific safety/industrial hygiene/sanitation programs. Coordinates with 12 FOHS Regional and Sub-Regional offices and three laboratories to ensure compliance with federal, state and local rule and regulations. Coordinates activities with 247 FOHS clinical site and private providers, in remote locations, to provide Biological Monitoring and Medical Surveillance. Project Officer for a $4.5 million Interagency Agreement annualy. Consultant in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Safety and Sanitary services to senior and middle management officials of Federal agencies in the planning, development, marketing, operation, implementation, and evaluation of occupational health and safety programs for government employees. Services provided include but were not limited to asbestos, lead, mold, assessments of environmental conditions, safety, food service sanitation, portable and waste water operations, indoor air quality, health hazard analysis, and exposures to chemical, biological, physical and radioactive stressors.
