Increased customer base 10% from 553 customers Q3 2011 to 608 customers Q4 2011 Increased business by 21% from 8.3M revenue (annualized) Q4 2011 to 10.0M (annualized) Q1 2012 Initiated strategic planning initiatives and corporate partnership Forecasted and exceeded previous production Performed budgeting and fiscal accountability within region Competition analysis and account targeting Directed, tracked, and increased sales through implementation of a new database tracking and recording system Created successful relationships with call points: C Suite, Hospital and Nursing Administration, Purchasing (Materials Management), All individual Clinical Department Managers, Infection Control, Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology Department, Clinical Staff, Physicians, Physicians offices
