•Responsible for providing HR support and services to 700+ people •Responsible for driving the human resources policy, processes and services including compensation & benefits, organization development, selection & training, and career planning •Proactively contributed to developing and implementing the strategic priorities for the recruitment, selection and retention of outstanding employees organization-wide •Led and guided the team on HR policies and procedures, benefits and performance management tool •Judiciously handled HR problems and identify strategies to resolve problems •Closely monitored the progress of key initiatives, including a new evaluation system, equity in compensation, professional development of staff/team •Recruited difficult to fill positions in an extremely competitive recruiting environment
