Daily Duties at Dz Bank:

Spearheaded the day-to-day operations of 5 credit facilities with roughly $500M in assets. Supported senior bankers in the origination, structuring, and execution of transactions to be funded in the asset backed commercial paper market through DZ Bank’s $6B conduit. Involved in the process of creating, negotiating and reviewing term sheets and legal documentation. Performed upfront and ongoing due diligence reviews of sellers, servicers and 3rd parties participating in transactions. Mitigated risk and exposure by recommending enhancements to program structures and client controls. Maintained portfolio credit quality through stratification and analysis of pool data. Created and completed eligibility criteria testing, collateral testing and cash testing, and assured adherence to credit and collection policies. Prepared monthly, quarterly and annual deal reports for review by internal and external executives. Determined commercial paper and liquidity needs for clients by completing borrowing base reviews to ensure adherence to the performance and collateral triggers inherent in each transaction. Monitored and reported on critical data including asset balances, significant trends, non-compliance to loan covenants and underlying portfolio defaults.
