Daily Duties at Dillard's, Inc.:
Responsible for all aspects of store operations. Managed staff of 12 supervising 50 employees in 9 departments executing annual gross sales exceeding $7.9M. Communicated weekly metrics to corporate HQ; relayed stocking requirements to corporate buyers; conducted regular inventory assessments to ensure corporate audit requirements satisfied. Directed merchandising/sales programs. Responsible for training/development of sales associates, area sales managers, and non-selling associates. Mentored employees in customer service and selling techniques.
