•Contributed towards the preparation of Situation Analysis for children and women in Guyana and Millennium Development Goals (MDG) status reports for Guyana, Suriname and Trinidad and Tobago. The final document highlighted areas that required intervention for further action. •Participated in Mid-term reviews and the developed M&E section’s work plans, ensured compliance to specific assigned objectives and planned results as set out in collaboration with the Government of Guyana and provided guidance and support to staff members. •Ensured program results were achieved through the analysis of program status reports and budget reviews. •Performed quality assurance checks for Terms of References, donor reports and other reports produced by the office.
