Daily Duties at Natco:

Collection of past due accounts for invoices > $5,2000.00. Reviewed accounts payable checks and audited checks over $20,000.00 Performed daily review of accounts at bank and borrowed and paid accounts to keep the balances at established levels. Safeguarded electronic and plate signatures. Signed hand checks as needed. Initiated and approved wire transfers. Attended credit meetings with the National Association of Credit Management to keep abreast of problem customers, new laws and credit requirements. Reconciled accounts in the treasury department on a monthly basis. Placed uncollectable accounts with collection agencies. Monitored existing customers, approved and declined new and prospective customers, extablished credit limits for them. Reviewed drafts for business expenses and verified that they were being used correctly. Made journal entries for cash accounts on a monthly basis.
